Can I show the inserted toys?
The toys in use are not allowed to be seen in Free chat or pre VIP show. Make sure that even if the interactive toy is inserted, your genitals are not visible. If you have sex machine, the dildo should not be close to the genitals, only use it during VIP or Private show.

Want to build a deeper connection? Members can send you an Interactive Toy as a real gift — directly from your profile via the “Send a real gift!” option.
The Interactive Toy works in all chat types—including Free Chat, Pre-VIP, VIP, Private Shows, and even Video Calls. Just remember: explicit actions are only allowed in VIP, Private, and Video Call.

🔌 Before you connect
- Fully charge the toy
- Do NOT connect it to the manufacturer’s app (e.g. Lovense, FeelConnect)
- If you use a desktop PC or Mac, make sure it has Bluetooth 4.0 or higher—either built-in or with a compatible bluetooth dongle.
🧩 How to connect (JasminCam or Mobile)
Open JasminCam or the mobile application
- Open the Interactive Toy menu and enable the feature
- The system will search for nearby toys
- Select your toy from the list
- You’re ready to start!
You can connect multiple toys at the same time and manage them from the device list.
When using multiple toys, you can set one as primary, this is the device Members see by default when they enter your room.

🎚️ Customize your toy experience
You can adjust the vibration intensity of your connected toy to match your comfort and preferences, making your live experience more enjoyable.
If your toy has multiple functions (like vibration, rotation or thrust etc.), you can also choose which function should be activated when Members interact. For example, you can set it to rotate instead of vibrate, or the other way around.

📱 On Mobile (iOS / Android) – with mobile app
Download and open our mobile app on your smartphone.
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON.
- Turn on your toy and enter Pairing Mode:
Lovense: Press and hold the toy’s button for ~3 seconds until it starts blinking. The blinking (red) LED indicates the toy is in pairing mode.
- Kiiroo: Press and hold the toy’s button for ~3 seconds until it starts blinking. The blinking (blue) LED indicates the toy is in pairing mode.
The app will search for compatible toys and list them, once you enable the feature. Select the toy you’d like to connect from the list.
- Once connected, you’re ready to go live and use the toy during your stream.
🔔 If the toy disconnects, re-open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect or navigate back to the ‘Pair Device’ settings.
💻 On Desktop (Windows / macOS) – with JasminCam
Turn on your computer’s Bluetooth or plug in a Bluetooth Low Energy dongle.
- Power on your toy and enter Pairing Mode:
Lovense: Press and hold the toy’s button for ~3 seconds until it starts blinking. The blinking (red) LED indicates the toy is in pairing mode.
- Kiiroo: Press and hold the toy’s button for ~3 seconds until it starts blinking. The blinking (blue) LED indicates the toy is in pairing mode.
Open JasminCam and toggle Interactive Toy ON in the settings.
- JasminCam will automatically search for nearby devices and connect upon selecting the appropriate toys.
⚠️ If disconnected the toy icon turns grey or red, click the icon to start a new search.
🔔 A Bluetooth Low Energy dongle is the most reliable option for connecting all types of Interactive Toys—especially if you want a stable, hassle-free experience.

🧪 If you can’t connect
BLE Dongle Setup (Windows)
Open Device Manager
- Find Bluetooth adapter > Properties > Advanced
- Look for LMP version (must be 6 or higher = Bluetooth 4.0+)
General checks
Unpair the toy from manufacturer’s app (e.g. Lovense, FeelConnect)
- Don’t use USB hubs or extenders
- Plug the dongle into a different USB port
- Restart JasminCam and try again
Remove & Re-pair
Unpair the toy in Windows settings
- Unpair from other computers or devices
- Plug in again and re-initiate pairing
